15th Annual
CUNA Technology Council Conference
September 29 - October 2, 2010
Caesars Palace
Las Vegas, NV

For the first time ever, the CUNA Operations, Sales & Service Council conference and the CUNA Technology Council conference will be held at the same time and place. It's a tag team of epic proportions! You can expect the same great conference, but with added benefits, such as access to more sessions, attendees, and networking opportunities.

Having two conferences held side by side will give you even more takeaways and “bang for your buck.” For example, is there a breakout session at the other conference that looks interesting? Go ahead and attend. Want to chat with Chief Technology Officers or Chief Operating Officers from across the country? Now you can. Also, expect to see a larger, combined welcome center to talk to more attendees from different disciplines.

Why Be a Partner?

We know how important vendor partners are to our success as credit union executives. We also know how important it is for you to be able to reach technology executives across the country with information on your products and services. And we've been told that vendors want to show support for the CUNA Technology Council in a way that's meaningful to the relationships you want to build.

Look no further. The CUNA Technology Council has just the program. Our Partners program provides you with an opportunity to show your support while gaining a high-profile image with the country's premier credit union technology professionals. Here's a chance to have the attention of more than 200 credit union executives all in one place.

Vendors can attend the conference through the sponsorship program by selecting an event and completing the sponsor signup form.

Through the Partners program, you'll be able to sponsor popular social events and dynamic educational sessions that give the Technology Council conference its unique feel and flavor. There's no need to staff an exhibit booth and hope that the right participants stop by. The Partners program allows you to mix and mingle with all participants while showing financial support in a public way. Your support will earn the respect of executives, and the thanks of the Technology Council through signage, the program guide, and other public recognition. In addition, it will allow you the opportunity to discuss your services/products in detail to a captive audience.

Participation in our Partners program will mean a high profile with just the right credibility, attracting the attention of the most influential group of credit union technology professionals.

Additional vendor representative information Our sponsorship program allows sponsors to attend all educational sessions, meal functions and networking events along with the credit union attendees. Over the years, past attendees from both the credit union side and supplier side have cited the value of vendor representatives as a part of the whole conference, not just those limited "welcome center opportunities."  For that reason we don't offer a pass for "non-session attendees" who simply wish to staff your display. Additional registrants beyond the number of complimentary registrations included with your sponsorship are at the rate of $799 each.

Display Tables:

Partners who first sponsor an event have the opportunity to purchase a display table in the "welcome center" of the CTC Conference for an additional $1,000, where you can display your products and services throughout the conference. All conference breakfasts and refreshment breaks take place in the welcome center to provide partners with maximum exposure. You will receive a six-foot draped table, and will be charged for internet access, electrical connection and other services requested.

Below are photos of "sponsor displays." The tables will be  located in the Welcome Center where conference registration and food/beverages for breakfasts and breaks will also be placed. Depending on the venue, the Welcome Center will be located either in a large foyer or a ballroom. You may bring tabletop displays that will fit on top of a six-foot table, or behind it, but not alongside. Suggested items to bring include literature, a bowl to collect cards for a drawing, and a computer screen that you can either bring or rent from the hotel. Rental forms will be provided with the logistical information a few months prior to the conference.

What Activities Are Not Permitted?

The purpose of the Partners Program is to provide vendors with the opportunity to support the annual conference and in return receive considerable name recognition and direct networking opportunities. We request that our Partners use good judgment and business practices while interacting with our attendees. Activities or behaviors considered less than productive jeopardize the value of the conference for our attendees and may result in termination of the Partner relationship.

No activities may be scheduled at any time that will draw participants away from sessions or other conference activities.

Attendee emails will be shared with you solely for your use as a sponsor for this event.  You may not use those emails for other purposes, or share them with any third parties.

Any activity not sanctioned by the CUNA Councils may not be advertised as part of the Partners Program. The Council reserves the right to prohibit distribution of non-sanctioned materials within the designated conference areas of the hotel.

Participation in the Partners Program should not be viewed as an endorsement by the Council.

What Are The Deadlines?

In order to have your name listed in the conference materials, sponsorship payment must be processed no later than July 31, 2010 .

Sponsorship is always welcome, but agreements received after July 31 may not be mentioned in the conference program guide. Payment must be made prior to sponsorships being accepted.

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be issued until five weeks prior to the start of the conference. No refunds will be available after this date.  All cancellations must be submitted in writing. For more information, call us at (800) 356-9655, ext. 4018.
