Upcoming CTC Virtual Roundtables:
2013 Excellence Award Winners Roundtable
Wednesday, October 30th at 1 pm CT (Register Now)
Each year the CUNA Technology Council asks its members to nominate others or themselves who they feel deserve recognition for something accomplished during the past year. This year, as in prior years, we had many entries from Council members, all of whom should be proud of their impressive accomplishments. From these entries, 5 winners were chosen who most demonstrated excellence in the use of technology in greatly enhancing their credit union's level of member service and experience, and improving the effectiveness of credit union operations and marketing.
Please join us in a roundtable presentation by all 5 winners of the 2013 Excellence in Technology Award who will describe how they created electronic services for reaching youths to encourage financial literacy, developed a remote branch experience and digital branches, integrated offers to members with custom online account opening with resulting membership and loan growth, and established a highly reliable, secure, flexible, and responsive business continuity solution.
In addition to hearing about these award-winning best practices, Roundtable attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions to learn more about how the concepts and ideas presented could benefit their own credit union. Each of the winning entries is available on the Technology Council website for reading prior to this roundtable, and questions about any of them can be submitted beforehand when you register to attend and also during the presentation given by each award winner on the roundtable.
