9/14/10 - Social Media from a Technology Point of View

• Social media is an exciting and challenging arena for credit unions to reach out and interact with new and existing audiences. Does your credit union have a social media strategy? What are the benefits and disadvantages of using social media to market to and attract new members? What are the technical considerations that must be considered when entering the social media arena? What are the risks and what are the potential rewards of social media? Bring your questions, bring your experiences.
