Member Spotlight: Susan Warkentin

Susan Warkentin is vice president of planning and development for Tucoemas Federal Credit Union in Fresno, California. Born and raised in Fresno, she has been employed in the credit union industry for over 27 years. She worked 12 years at TFCU before becoming a CEO for 11 more years. Susan returned to TFCU five years ago. She and her husband Darrell and their two dogs live on 2.5 acres outside Fresno.

Taking over the IT department, as well as keeping my previous duties.

Interacting with a wide variety of individuals from all sizes of credit unions who are great information sources. I’m also learning quite a lot about new products that could be used by our credit union.
