Predicting which technologies will support an optimal member experience — in-person, online, in retail settings, or anywhere else—continually tests the skills and the budgets of credit union leaders.

The CUNA Technology Council annually reviews the challenges facing these leaders as they examine opportunities in the shift ing technology world. This year, those challenges revolve around finding the best ways to increase operational efficiencies while enhancing member convenience.
